2.Ensuring the public understands the catastrophic consequences of the closure of these programs
3.Provide a safe environment for patients, nurses, staff and physicians at Regional Medical Center without harassment or retaliation.

On August 12, 2024, the closure of these programs will in effect, so it is imperative we stop HCA beforehand.
Timeline
RMC (Regional Medical Center) announced their intent to close these programs on February 13, 2024.
The County of Santa Clara Board of Supervisors unanimously recommended against the closure on April 16, 2024.
On May 24, 2024, we started our petition to stop the closure of the programs in RMC.
On June 13, 2024, we held the Lives Lost Rally outside of RMC.
